Starving for the Pursuit of Perfection
I am motivated to lose weight, and I have lost 6 lbs so far!!! Congrats to me! But, I am so busy that I don't have time to hit the gym, and at night, when I do get an hour or so, I am too tired to go. Any suggestions? Here's my schedule: Mondays- work 8-5, class 5:30-6:45, home to cook dinner for Chris. |
Tuesdays- work 8-5, home to cook dinner, class from 7-9,
Wednesday- work 8-5, class 5:30-6:45, home to cook dinner
Thursday- work 8-5
Friday-work 8-5, dance from 6:15-7:15
Sunday- Church in the mornings.
**Any ideas are appreciated. I just don't have any engergy. I usually skip breakfast and lunch, and eat a salad or small portions for dinner.
